MAVC Media Inc.

Task: MAVC is the acronym for Medical Audio Visual Communications. The icon challenge here was to incorporate the parent company’s distribution of medical learning and communications which would now include print healthcare literature. The TV monitor and curled papers with ruled inset lines expressed the media services expansion into a print medium and was the design of choice.
DBG Contracting

Task: To develop an icon that represents the full scope of DBG Contracting services. The design of choice encompassed the company’s acronym initials with a 90 degree set square coupled with a landscape construction view of the service coverage DBG provides.
Woodbine Racetrack Turf Club

Task: In collaboration with Toronto Life Magazine this assignment was a special invitation to harness racing enthusiast to come and experience Toronto’s Woodbine Racetrack Turf Club. The design of choice was four horses running neck to neck in a linear heap motion.
Canadian Designer Pavilion

Task: Working for Toronto Life Magazine, the task here was to create a landmark identity logo for the Canadian Designer Pavilion. Needle and thread being tools of the trade was used to create the final design. The white thread strings-out the letter “D” and threaded needle represents the letter “P” for Designer Pavilion which was the design of choice.
Stinger Trailer

Task; To work with an existing hand script logotype and make it pop off the digital page without altering the long standing brand awareness it had already acquired. The angled red oval with the logo script type embossed and busting the oval perimeter worked for both print and digital applications.
TOSI Placement Services Inc.
Task: This assignment included a two-fold folder with four tiered brochure inserts that highlighted the different employment industry sectors TOSI Placement Services Inc. serves. A series of retouch montage workplace images were used with a colour coded set of brochure inserts made this piece of literature eye-catching and easy to use during presentations.
Antrim Glen Homes

Task: To create a brochure newsprint ad to showcase all the amenities of the adult lifestyle living for Antrim Glen Homes.
Insurance Planners Inc.

Task: To communicate Insurance Planners Inc. comprehensive and low auto insurance rates. Unique to this direct mail campaign was a business card stock size perforated tear-off keepsake reminder.
Jetport

Task: Create a trade and direct mail pamphlet for Hamilton Executive Jetport Airport to display the airport’s amenities offered to flight crews and their passengers.
Strongbow Dry Apple Cider

Task: Design a summer-long event Contest Poster and generate awareness for Strongbow Dry Apple Cider brand now available on tap.
Toronto Tourism Awards

Task: Sponsored by American Express and WHERE Magazine the Toronto Tourism Awards celebrates excellence in service hospitality roles performed within the tourism sector including; hotels, restaurants, retail, transportation and attractions. The CN Tower was retouched for this summer-long campaign that invited tourist to nominate individuals for their great service and hospitality during their stay.
